At the end of 2018, let’s look back at some of the highlights we achieved and what lies ahead of us in 2019.
We achieved some significant progress on 2018, including our first open source community based plugin based on Intercom API plus its addons, many clients with their wonderful projects having being delivered, website revamp, important write-up, many client initiation options and offers made available right from our website and many more.
Let’s go through some of the greatest achievements we had in the passing year:

First Community Plugin
We are proud to release our first community plugin on WordPress.org repository, which is for Intercom Subscription. We also made addons for the plugin to integrate with many popular plugins such as WooCommerce, Contact Forms 7, Gravity Forms and many more which are available from our website. We have also worked on improving the plugin throughout the year in between our client projects. We have made Tags and Events addons based on user feedback and made them available for free.
Client Projects
Our clients are the lifeblood of our endeavor. So we appreciate the clients dearly in this occasion. We serve a lot of clients and it is difficult to describe them all here. Let’s look at top 3 projects of 2018:

Documentation and Access
We prepared important documentation for our plugins, prepared video introductions and demonstrations, implemented plugin product distribution system right on our website. These together made a big difference in access to our wonderful, professional content that we work on.
Blogs and Social Media
We started posting regularly on our social media handles. The posts being shared are a mix of beginner and advanced content so we hope you will find something useful almost everyday. We also blogged about many updates and things we worked on which should be a good read for an interested follower who wants to know what we were up to.
What’s Ahead…
If you are wondering what we will be focusing on in 2019, you are in the right place. We have detailed plans on the way, but generally these will be our main focus:
– We are planning to work on new plugins, similar to our Intercom Subscription plugin.
– Our main focus will be on getting more client work done.
– We will also work on our Intercom Subscription plugin to provide improvements over our existing work.
– We will also focus on client satisfaction. We had satisfied customers before, as you can see in our testimonials. But we will have greater emphasis on this next year.
