Clients pay for outcomes, but they buy certainty. This is the process behind every project we deliver.

1. Agree the scope in writing

Before anyone writes code, we agree what will be built, what will not, and what happens if the requirement changes. Most disputes are really scope disputes in disguise.

2. Build on staging, never on production

Every change lands on a staging environment first. Production is only touched when the change is verified and approved.

3. Version control from day one

Git from the first commit. Branch per feature, review before merge. You should be able to see exactly what changed and when.

4. Communicate daily

Short updates, no surprises. If something is harder or more expensive than expected, you hear it immediately — not in the final invoice.

5. Document and hand over

Clean code, a written changelog, and documentation that explains how the thing works and how to extend it. That last part is what makes a project ours to maintain and yours to own.

Our promise: most of our clients come back, and most of the work comes from them.
